                  After-sale Guarantee

To implement our “quality best, credit first” guideline and strengthen our competitive advantages, meanwhile, to provide thoughtful service, we made the following commitment:

1、Strictly follow our commitment described in manual and well enforce the three guarantees ” ( for repair, replace or compensation of faulty products )

2、 We provide life-time service for Graman’s product

7X24 technical supports. Letters/Email, Calling, Fax and Visit will be carefully recorded. Respond time: 2 hour call back, 24 hour on-site, and 48 hour back to service.

According to the report to fill in service form, and send high capable services engineer to repair and guide the customer the proper usage.

Gather inion and feedback to related department for future modification

3、1 year quality guarantee, life-time free maintenance

During the guarantee time, if the problem coursed by its quality reason and we could not fix up within 24 hours or the vehicle need depot repair; we will replace a new one free of charge. During the first 3 month, if same problem happened twice, we will replace a new one free of charge.

Due to customer’s liability, we will respond with patient and enthusiasm. For the product expiration of guarantee time, we will still in charge of repair and maintain and only charge the cost price. Telephone buying please provide detailed description, we will quote accordingly and send in time.

4、For custom pick up goods, we provide comprehensive training course to introduce the operation, maintenance and cautions till customers fully understand. Also we will perform an on-site water drafting and fire monitor try out.

   We will get in touch with customersregularly, and filing each of the vehicles. Call back or on-site visit every quarter, inspection visit every half year, and provide spare parts life-time to ensure the no-fuss using.
